Anyone else has Rhabdo?
Honestly this **** is a thing, I’d never heard of it in my life but am currently hospitalised with it.

It’s basically doms that can kill you. I tried going back to gym after a 5 year break, one medium intensity chest for just over half hour, boom fuked in hospital. Wot, how have I never heard of this before

Yep, ck at 93,000. I did 4x 10 db press, same for incline, then flys, then finished with pullovers. Nothing crazy sat chilling playing on my phone inbetween. All the drs keep telling me it’s the highest numbers they’d seen and I must’ve gone nuts in the gym, it’s like no not really it was a 40mm workout on my lunch break and now I’m hospitalised for six days. ****ing nuts, never even heard of it before.

Bro I looked at your workout and that is high intensity for being on a 5 year layoff from workingout, no wonder you got it, you NEVER do the same workout you did or intensity wise you used to do when you are starting to work out again after a long ass layoff
your muscles are not conditioned
When I had a long layoff I just did a few sets of full bodyworkouts, no more, I didnt tax my muscles and I was sore like crazy all over the next day. it was only from like 50 reps too.

That's how Kormo ended up in the hospital with liver failure.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

After chest I had a carabao sports electrolyte drink then went home and had a shake.
I did get drunk the next day which I’m sure didn’t help, but I was already pretty seized up by then. I was in the pub struggling to lift my glass to my mouth lol. Next day I wasn’t hungover at all though and had some coconut water because I googled it thinking I just had doms and that would make it better. Obviously that didn’t help things but still
