What's the deal with bro-advertisements labeling every product as "tactical"?

Tactical belt buckle, tactical hoodie, tactical flashlight, tactical wallet, tactical shoe horn....is there anything that isn't tactical? Is it everything targeted towards men? Do fellas only buy crap if they think its tactical gear? I feel like I'm out of the loop on this or something.
