I have gained some weight these last few years. I noticed because of my cloths but don't weigh myself. People around me always say I am beautiful so F em right?

I woke up yesterday evening after passing out. My wife and I had been hitting the pipe hard and drinking. The usual. I realized I smelled of vinegar everywhere. My hair, my junk, everything. Strong vinegar smell. I had showered at some point over the weekend but cannot remember when but whatever, I will shower again. I get unclothed as you do and walk into the shower. I am currently in a temp housing facility so things are a bit different. I step into the shower, had the water running just a few moments before and it happened. I took a single step and my legs went straight up in the air. I think I grabbed the shower curtain bar because it broke off the wall.

My back came down on the side of the tub and I backflipped over onto the dirty floor right next to the toilet, my face coming up right along side the bottom of the toilet. I groaned or something. My wife came running in. She thought I was dead and the shriek will forever be ingrained in my head. I couldn't move. There is that moment where your mind desperately searches, waiting to see if you are alive, if anything is broken, if some pain will come crashing home? I heard something about getting up but I blacked out. I woke up and the world was fuzzy. I was being lifted onto a stretcher by a bunch of men. I believe they were firemen.

Having seen me naked they classified me as a "female." I was so mad and hurt. My wife was screaming. I am in the hospital. I cannot move. They said being 5'2, 300 pounds is obese?! LOL! I am in great shape. F them. I am no got dam woman! I have been in and out of it. Can't move. As soon as I can I am calling an attorney. I am suing all of them.

Any advice is appreciated. I cannot let this stand.
