Maryland cop under investigation after being filmed frisking female suspect

The Prince George’s County Police Department (Maryland) said it was investigating after a video surfaced that appeared to show one of its officers embracing and kissing someone, then getting into the back seat of a department SUV with her.

Officer Dave Reborn (badge # 22) has been placed on administrative leave while Internal Affairs investigates the steamy interracial affair.
