Bavarian Catholic here (by ancestry). I went to Catholic school through jr HS. I will not worship a Jew as God LOL but Catholic philosophy/theology on metaphysics, ethics, epistemology is really solid. Thinkers like Augustine, Aquinas, etc. were very intelligent but the GOATs were Tertullian and Marcion.

If u ask me personally, I think Catholics are actually worshipping the Whore of Babylon. Catholics place Mary over Jesus. They pray and worship Mary. But the Mary they're worshipping isn't Jesus' mother. It's the Whore of Babylon.
