Way to go Sactown (2nd dirtiest City in the US)
I hate to even acknowledge that I live relatively close to Sacramento and often spend time in the Sac/Roseville area.
The article does state that there were 34,000 complaints, which if that's in a calendar year, that seems impossible.
No wonder Nonsense attracts so much trash.
