Elbow pain from lifting

Anyone get bad elbow pain especially during triceps exercises? Its literally like right on the back of the pointy bony part of my elbow. Its only my right elbow as well, my left is totally fine even though I do the exact same thing for both arms. Just cant get this chit to go away.

Look up elbow joint mobilization exercises. Once you find the right one it will relieve a lot of pain and then search up exercises to do that help your issue.

Give it time and stop doing any exercise that is causing pain.

Yep. I had this literally for an entire year, and it caused my arm muscles to go completely to chit. Took about 4 months with my personal trainer avoiding direct lifts and working the surrounding muscles while allowing it to heal. Now it's back to 100% and no paid whatsoever.

Bottom line, you need to rest it and let it heal. Try to do lifts that don't directly stress your elbow, it's the only way.
