Here are some real laws
1. Mandatory exercise as part of work requirements. Companies have to adhere to this and its part of employees performance to meet the requirements.
2. Prostitution is legalized
3. Cheating on a spouse is a crime punishable by jail. Likewise, divorce settlements would be refined considerably to make fair for both parties. Likely I could see some type of splitting up of savings and assets evenly, but alimony of future earnings of any kind would for sure be off the table. That's a joke. Child support would also need to be restructured and be set as a bare minimum needed to support a child regardless of income. After that, if either parents wishes to contribute more to give their child a better life it's completely optional and up to the divorced couple to navigate.

Presuming I've conquered and resolved all conflict in the world, and all humans/countries are under my rule with no fears of rebellion... and therefore no need for military... I'd still maintain a capitalistic society and enforce one currency (USD)...
1 - College/tradeschool is mandatory after high school. Pick 1 of the 2. College/tradeschool is free for all, govt funded. Housing is not. Special needs folk have their own separate program. Curriculums in all level of education must stick to the facts, and science, being "above" what social trends occur. "Dumb Majors" are not allowed, clean up what fields are associated with degrees, as some should just be considered hobbies.
2 - Criminals function as local/state government employees under heavy surveillance, doing low skilled or laborious work, including working with robots/AI on-site, with the promise of a lump sum of money when they re-enter society. This sum is equivalent to the formula of: X * 0.5(average-salary-each-year-sentenced). So if they serve 10 years, they'd come out with essentially 5 years of the average income for their area, so they can continue their life with a good start. 50% is low enough to make it unappealing for lawful citizens, but high enough to make it matter when they get out.
3 - "Cancel Culture" is stopped. Employers are not allowed to fire employees due to social pressure in general. No loopholes. High success rates in the courtroom for people fired by their employer amidst cancel culture social pressure.
