Why does every game series have to end terribly?
Final fantasy, metal gear, resident evil, halo, tlou, anything bethesda.....anything blizzard.
The games just keep getting worse and worse. Corporatism has rotted everything. I can honestly say everything just turns to **** sooner or later. Franchises are exploited until no longer viable. No one is protecting the ip long term.
When are gamers going to stop simping for these companies?

Games have become so expensive to make, that it's only endless sequels and playing it safe.
