Recommend me new running shoes
I need new runners. I use them for actually running so pheggets who don't run fuk off.
I like to do 5k road runs as often as I can, few times a week currently, and something longer up to 10k once a week, ideally a trail run.
I have been rocking air Pegasus 38's, got 500k in them, but they're hurting my feet now I need new shoes. I want something that's got that bounce but that i can still trail run in and not crazy expensive. Considering nikes again, saucony, hoka, maybe new balance. Theres too many fuking models i can't tell wtf is the difference between them all. WTF is the difference between all these fuking shoes? Saucony triump/endorphin speed/endorphin shift, hoka mach 5/rincon.
Be best to find something on sale cause i want a good shoe but don't wanna fork up 200 bucks.
What are good shoes to keep my pace up that can handle a trail here n there? Plug me a sick sale if possible.

Came in here to recommend Pegasus 38's and see that you already have used them.
I'm on my third set, they're the only trainer I can run in without my achilles tendon hurting and can tolerate me being over 120kg (I'm size 14 UK 15 US)

I've been rocking the Asics Novablast 3 for the better part of the last year and love them.
I also have some all weather Nike Pegasus that I use every now and then, but the Novablasts are noticeably more comfortable for training.
I'm around 215lbs USsize 13 for reference
