Without aircon?

The problem here is that its 30 Celsius in bedrooms at night when we're trying to sleep.

I don't mind the heat in the day, it doesn't even put me off going running and my BJJ gym is an absolute sweat box, it's just the night time is the killer.

Yeah but it eased up now. Where in the Gulf Coast are you that it's still 96 degrees? I'm on the Gulf side of Florida and it's legit like 75 outside right, and will max out around 89 later.
