Of All the Cars You've owned...
which one do you wish you still had?
I've owned some winners and some losers over my too many years, but the one I wish I still had issss:

Not the fastest big block muscle car of the era, but a nice ride with good lines.

I still own my one ride that I'm biased to the most out of all the vehicles I've owned, my 1979 Chevrolet K10. I've owned it for about 10 years now. It's unfortunately pretty rusty from the harsh Connecticut and Wyoming winters, and the transfer case is leaking like a boat, but there's a lot of sentimental value in it. It was my first real project vehicle, I took it down to a rolling chassis, and replaced body panels and did work to make it look decent. I put a 383 in it, rebuilt the turbo 350 and swapped in an np205. Redid the interior, and it's been a great daily since I've had it. Now that I moved to a dry climate, I plan to restore it properly and keep it for as long as I can.
Edit - nothingshocking, my father drove 2 or 3 of those when I was a kid, they were great cars. Super comfortable too.

My xterra. This thing was my baby, dunno why I sold it, it was like during all that covid chit so I got a crazy good offer on it
I've tried to track it down so I can buy it back dead srs, last I saw it sold at auction in Texas. I have a lifted jeep now but it's not the same, jeeps are a dime a dozen. My xterra was fairly unique, rarely saw one built out like mine.

Probably my 2001 R34 GT-R. I should have held it longer to flip it for more. I just didn't like how it drove and it was very expensive to build the way I want. Sold it for a MKIV TT 6-Speed Supra, which I still have.

My first car was a ‘67 Mustang, loved it but it had so many issues, which may have been a good thing as it got me familiar with cars..looked just like this

The most enjoyable cars I’ve had were a 93 MR2 & a 2018 S3

I've had a few classic Mustangs over the years, in fact I've always had one since shortly after I had my license. I miss my first '68 coupe w/302 and my '66 couple w/vinyl roof. Currently have a '69 sportsroof. It is/was in the best shape of all of them but don't enjoy it as much.
For dailies, I miss my '05 Escape with the 3.0. If I could find a low mileage '11 or '12 with no rust I'd spring for one in a heartbeat.
Edit: will rep classic Mustang crew on r/c

i can see why you'd miss a damn '69 442 op. dumb move.
the only car i regret selling was when I sold my '95 corvette a few years ago. that one I miss big time. 6 speed with the shortest short throw shifter that you hardly had to move, nice engine, nice audio system tucked away....damn. I bought a Cobra instead. saw the supercharger and was like YES. nooooo bad
ironic thing is the buyer came from Georgia and that's where I live now. eh, after something else now.

I wish I still had my 1991 Toyota Mr2 Turbo. I put a lot of money modifying it, but I sold it to go back to school at the time.
It was a fun car to drive especially on summer nights with the t-tops off.

94 interior

It just hugged you in, loved it. Mine was also a manual transmission, which was hard to find back then, was actually able to sell it more than what I bought it for.

I had an 89 5.0, supercharged, heads, cam intake, etc..Missed it for over 20 years.
now that I could afford it, I recreated it with a 93 5.0 GT, but smarter this time.

Ended up having to sell it and one of the kids test driving it wrecked into a barn and totalled it.

None. Got a 2020 Mustang GT with manual transmission and I'm about to go looking for a supercharger
I guess the one I'd miss the most if I never had the Mustang would be the A45 AMG

I miss my bird, but it was 80's technology GM junk that was a money pit. It hadnt really been taken care of before I got it. I did the best I could but didn't make much money back then, either. I used to drive around the backroads of the desert in Palm Springs wit the T-tops out, and just floor it, which was epic.

1990 ford ranger. First vehicle I ever owned. Had so many memories in that thing.
I want to find another one like it and do a complete restoration on it. So hard to find now. People want like 5k+ for one that's in decent condition. I paid $1300 for it, drove it 6 years and sold for $500. Didn't know they would turn into such an antique lol.

The coolest car 1970 Datsun 240z

I also had a really cool Nissan pulsar in Japan. Completely different than the US model.
One of my other favorite cars was my 97 base model Taurus. Super comfortable. Best cup holder of all time.

hands down my 88 camaro RS.
first ever car. was fainted yellow then had it painted bright yellow then put silver racing stripes on it down the center despite it being a 2.8L.
got the wise idea to swap it out for a 5.0 from an 84 monte and got the motor in but it turned out to be more than i could finish in a back yard and i keep saying one day i'll finish and didn't.
miss the fuk outta that car. had fixed damn near everything on it. shocks, fuel pump, distributor, plugs n wires fuel pump trans cable radio cluster whole front end after a wreck and on and on
