Mirin my Meat?

Saturday night din-din. Pan seared pichana steaks with red potatoes, mushrooms, zucchini, tomatillos and cherry tomatoes done up in the air fryer to make my boy Gordo proud.

Dude, i’m gonna type as sober as possible, that honestly looks fcking pathetic and disgusting compared to my meal. and I’m being one hundred percent serious. I've got a couple hundred acres with a self sustaining herd of beef cattle (along with plenty of game) and a metric fukkload of guns and ammo. I'll save the bugs for the libruls.

I used to hate it (and most vegetables) but once I learned that you can actually season to make them taste good and not cook them to mush things changed.
