Intense constant right nut pain?

Began having right sided only nut pain after sex last night. Started during sex, worse after nutting, has not stopped today. Constant ache. Not swollen. Not tender to touch. Should I go to urgent care, er, just wait it out??

You can hurt your nuts during sex

If it’s still there after a few days go to the Dr

Nut pain you should go right to urgent care, it could be something serious and you could lose your nut.. You don’t mess around with your nuts.

It’s probably Epididymitis but a Dr should look.

Also stop wearing nylon underwear

Sometimes hip pain can refer up into your groin, it happens to me sometimes - feels like your ball but it isn't. If you overworked during sex maybe you just tweaked your hip.

I’ve on occasion gotten very sharp pains in my left nut . I fapped and it went away , almost the opposite of your condition.
