How many pills do i need to take to reach 400mg ? ( Tongkat Ali )

I am lost
Serving size : 2 capsules
% daily value : 1000mg

From this i come to the conclusion that if I take 1 capsule i get 500mg.

But then it says Tongkat Ali Root Extract 200:1.
