No it's not. You're currently alive in literally the greatest time in human history in terms of the unlimited potential you have. It's your prerogative whether or not you piss away your one shot at life dooming all the time and accomplishing nothing. Especially if you're born in the western world where you can actually inch your way towards self-actualization whereas you'd be so busy struggling to meet even your most basic needs 150 years ago that you could never even begin tocontemplatewhat self-actualization is. It would be a distant fever dream that emerges from yet another bout of intense sickness or a period of starvation.

Consider focusing on your goals and squeezing the maximum out of your life rather than catastrophizing about everything.

*Fart in the gym and blame rotten smell on faulty ventilation crew*
*Fart at home and blame it on the dog crew*

It all comes down to sex (like everything in life). If this is the hardest time in history for a man to fulfill his most basic need, then yes, this is the darkest time in history (srs)
