Sony says it plans to charge Aibo “foster parents” an undisclosed fee for the service and notes that some donations may be used to help maintain and repair other Aibo units, depending on their condition.
Well that's just grand, you get to donate your robopupper you bought for $2-3k, Sony will do something (or not) and then charge a fee from sick people.
