How come no one told me the show snowfall was good?
Enjoying the binge on this show big time. I think it does a good job walking the line between like an hbo quality show, and an FX quality show. It's not perfect but it really does have that boys n the hood vibe, which makes sense given it's made by the same guy John singleton.

my main issue with the first two seasons is that I think the main cartel chick is a terrible actress

this show is pissing me off now, there's legit no love anymore and all the people I rooted for suck now.
Jerome was the best character and now he's the bad guy with Louis. Which is the worst. Jerome was by far the most lovable mfer on the show. Him and Franklin beefing sucks.
Franklin is kind of a piece of chit now. Just finished the ep where he kills teddy's dad right in front of his fiance, i can only imagine this act will lead her down a path of betrayal to Franklin.
Teddy sucks now. He was like this cool Cia guy you kinda wanted to root for
Osso the Mexican guy is still alright, he seems to just get chit on at every turn
Leon and Wanda had a great redemption arc, I just watched the episode where he goes back to the hood and breaks Wanda's heart when he decides to stay and lead the gang again, Leon you damn fool you should have stayed in Africa
Idk man they kinda just wrote every character into sucking.
Franklin's fiance just happens to be a lawyer with a world class con woman for a mother.. OK. And he trusts her with his money. Just lol.
Don't even get me started on the absolutely dumb episode where they almost get eaten by a tiger

nah, only first 2 maybe seasons were really good. then it got to big for itself and started doing year+ time jumps (hate that in shows). only made it up until the FBI guy gets sent to the jungle to deal with the cartel and the main street dealer blows up fast and becomes the main importer for the state, yeah ok.
it was better when the 3 main charcters were seperate stories than they quickly brought them all together and stuff didnt make sense and it became uninteresting.

I told ya’ll about this show for months now when everybody has asked what to watch. Snowfall is incredible and every season just gets better and better (even the last one all the way to the last episode). Franklin goes from nice kid to total gangsta. One of the best shows I’ve ever seen.

the last season wasn't bad, I'm glad they brought an ending to everyone's stories.... But holy ****, pretty much no one got a happy ending. Wanda and Leon are like the only ones. Franklin's ending was so fukked. Jerome dying, Louis on the run, teddy dead, mom in jail for life, Franklin's girl stole all his money and dipped. At least the Mexican wrestler dude sort of made it out alright even if he's not with his family.
****in Franklin's spiral at the end was rough. When he shot the locksmith dude I knew that was it, no happy ending.
Great show but I don't think I've ever been more pissed at a series finale/final season. It brought closure, but I hated all of the closure it brought lol
