I will consume ZERO medications for 12 months straight.
I never have been on any prescriptions outside of post-surgery anti-biotics about a decade ago.
I will entirely eliminate:
1. ibuprofen (I use this for headaches about 5-10x per year depending on boozing)
2. Benadryl (I use this for allergies, and/or to knock myself to sleep about 5x per year)
3. Clariton (I use this for seasonal allergies 10-20x per year)
The most difficult one will be the ibuprofen because hangover headaches are the WOAT, and ibuprofen virtually eliminates the headache 100%.
I never partake in any safe+effective experimental injections because I'm not retarded so that will continue to not be a thing for me.
After discovering there is actually a link of antihistamines to ALZHEIMERS... I was like, "wtf, man...."
We are being scammed by big pharma in the USA... If you ever talk to your friends about what stuff they're taking, you'll be MIND=BLOWN to hear how nonchalantly people pop pills "just because". Yesterday a gal told me she takes Zyrtec EVER DAY.... Not when she has allergies... but EVERY DAY. I was like, "why do you take it every day?" she said "oh just in case."
I was like U WOT M8?!
Oh yeah, my favorite graphic:

So you're cutting out all medications for health reasons but still going to get hammered?

Moderate drinking is shown to increase longevity over teetotalers.

Idk dude. Antihistamines come in handy when I'm sneezing up a storm, have red itchy eyes and trying to function in society. It's only for about 3-4 weeks, but that time is a living hell for me. Don't take Benadryl to sleep, that sh!t does fukk with your memory. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

I discovered that if I go mountain biking in the desert during allergy season, I can start the ride sneezing, feeling like chit, and within an hour I'm all cleared up.
I just launch snot rockets out of myself for the first 30 minutes or so, then I'm 100% clear.
