Trap workout

Anyone have a good routine for traps? I can't seem to find an exercise that really hits them.

They don't seem to work. I don't feel my traps working during those movements. My debts are decent but my traps are weak

Power cleans and clean pulls are good too.

If shrugs are not hitting your traps, shrug better. Either add weight, concentrate on the squeeze more, do more reps, correct your form, etc.
There's only so many ways a muscle can move. Shrugs are pretty much the basic movement to target the traps. If you are not feeling your traps with shrugs, what are you feeling when you shrug?

Other rowing movements hit them too, like barbell rows, face pulls, rows, etc. Overhead press hits them a little bit. Deadlifts hit them too.

Traps are like calves. You're either born with it or you're not.
