Circumin ans MSM

Any of you pheggarino's take these and see results for joint pain? I'm thinking decades of lifting and multiple injuries have caught up and my joints are finally screaming.

Ive taken both

MSM made me smell like sulfur it only helped my nails grow faster and hair, never felt any difference in joint help, Curcurmin I never noticed anything, its supposed to be an anti inflammatory but I always give up after a few weeks. Supposedly you have to take that for months to see benefits and I dont hav the patience.

Again I only took the cheap GNC or vitamin shoppe brand of Curcumin and it was years ago and didnt take it long enough

but they have several forms to choose from and finding out which is best for you is the hard part some forms claim to work for brain health, some for inflammation, some for gut etc, it seems every few years they always come out with a new form claiming to be the best lol

BCM-95; Theracurmin; Longvida; Meriva; NovaSO; BioCurc

Longvida is considered the one that has the most biovalbility and able to cross the Blood brain barrier a lot of people claim its the best and most researched. The newest is BioCurc but not much science on it but they claim its the best. Some of the few post I seen on BioCurc the people claim their joint pain went away after a few weeks but they could be shills masquerading as posters trying to hype up the new form.
