A few months back I went out on a date and had like 7 or 8 mixed drinks which is a cxhit load for me.

I was so sick the next day and literally couldn't do chit all day and into Sunday too.

Getting old blows.

I usually have 1 drink a month.

This thread made me think of the JRE interview with Miley Cyrus back in 2020, I guess she was 28 at the time, and said she was sober from alcohol because of the ridiculous hangovers.

I'm 28 and the hangovers haven't been ridiculous, but I haven't really drank enough to blackout or get really crazy in years.

Best advice - Always stick with just beer and no liquor. It’s a lot easier to drink a ton of liquor than it is to drink a ton of beer - in equivalent alcohol. Beer has more volume and takes longer to drink and fills you up. You can milk a beer - it's hard to milk a small mixed drink with ice. Less alcohol means less sloppy drunkenness and less hangover. Liquor is like jet fuel, rocket fuel, highly flammable and combustible. Fire water. The Devil’s Juice. Turns a saint into a sinner. Blackout.

carbs don't make you fat, calories do.

you'll drink twice as much alcohol with liquor vs. beer because beer has so much more volume and is so much more filling.

1 12 oz. Corona Light Beer = 99 calories (i can drink 8+ beers in 5 hours)

2 oz. of tequila = 128 calories (i can drink 16+ margaritas in 5 hours)

mine have gotten better, i have learned how my body works a lot better and things to do/not do to reduce the likelihood of a brootal hangover

other than feeling tired the next day because a lack of quality sleep i rarely feel hungover at all these days and if anything sometimes I can drink more than I could as a teenager

Lol,try in your 60’s. Fark, last year I drank from 6 pm till 10 am the next morning. I figure between the 24 pack of beer , the dozen whiskey and the shooters, it was around 39 drinks .
Walked to my dentist appointment at 10:30 , left there and stopped at the liquor store and tried to drink another dozen. Had two and passed out till the evening

hang overs are brutal. I rather just drink a few drinks when meeting a new sloot to ease the tension but not going overboard. I did some heavy drinking last year and holy fuk glad I made it out alive of the situations I put my self in.
