So here are some facts. Yes, it is true that modern girls "nowadays" are more liberal and thus more open to dating and casual sex. So mathematically, it is easier to get girls and date girls. Now, to average guys, the reason why it "feels" harder is because about 20-30 years ago, among girls in the age range of 18-30, about 75% were white. Now for the same age range, less than 50% are white among 18-30 year olds. The reason why it matters is when guys are in their prime years and going for the pretty/hot girls, they tend to go for white girls. Let me explain this below.

In my thorough observation, a typical young white girl gets hit on by both white men and nonwhite men nonstop and when a young white girl goes on tinder(yep my current white GF who's not even a 7/10 showed me her tinder inbox from the time when she was active in the past and it was blowing up every single day), they get thousands of messages/likes. On the other hand, I've seen many many black or brown girls who are moderately attractive and yet chronically single even though they are actively looking for a nice decent man. So yeah, while black/brown girls tend to get ignored, white girls are sought after like crazy and they are A LOT more scarce now then before and men are competing harder and harder to get white girls.
