Chores around the house, run out to the store, work on projects around the house, play guitar, watch youtube....

I get like 3-4 days/month that I have basically nothing to do. The rest of the month is pretty busy.

Go hiking
Go to the gym
Go golfing
Go to movies

Honestly think about what you do on the weekends and just insert them to your weekdays basically.
