Best workout split for woman?

GF just got a gym membership, the trainers there gave her a 5x week bro split which is completely retarted for a woman just starting out imo. Anyone with a gf/wife that's doing a nice program that gets some results? Obviously emphasis on lower body but with some upper body as well

A simple 3 day full body focused around the compound lifts. Throw in a few isolation movements and call it a day.

If she's really serious about wanting to train get her the book, "Strong Curves" by Brett Contreras. The programs are all laid out and easy to follow.
