Homegrown tomatoes, bell peppers, jalapenos, and cilantro from the garden. Great late summer meal when these crops ripen.

But of course. Black beans, canned diced tomato / pepper mix (Rotel), cheese, guac from Whole Foods, Renfro's Ghost Pepper Salsa. I keep it simple and that's how I like it. Tacos at least 1x per week crew.

I really like to add black beans and corn to my taco mix. I grew some habanero this summer but I'm saving those to make a big pissening jerk chicken.

Nice man. No idea what we're having for dinner tonight. I mostly just show up and eat. Tacos sound good though and this post is a good reminder to enjoy my garden-fresh tomatoes because in another couple weeks they will be gone until next summer.

Yup, it's almost over. I'm about to harvest all of my basil and make a nice pesto. Gonna also be harvesting my potatoes and cooking them immediately after.
