I don’t remember seeing anything educational, ever, in any of these videos. No video about how he structured his workouts or form or anything. It’s all just showboating his new gym or new truck or doing a new lift


And in this video he makes it out like he’s trying to give out all this money like he’s a generous person, but doesn’t give out a single dollar cause these heavy dumbbells are virtually impossible if you don’t have the hand size of someone as big as Shaw. Of course he has to “prove” that the challenge is doable by picking up the heavier one multiple times. Then at the end he humiliates his buddy by asking him to pick up the biggest one knowing full well he can’t “oh well you’ll get it next time”
