I'm 5'10". What's a good weight for me?

Currently a fat 205lbs. Originally I was thinking 155lbs because it was the perfect balance between having a lean face and not being a complete twink. But now that i'm older, I think my face lost a lot of the baby fat so I can be a bit heavier. I'm thinking 170lbs might be good?

As a fellow 5'10 miscer who never took lifting too seriously, but does go to the gym multiple days a week (4x10 sets for moderate weights, skip leg day, cardio every day)...

When I'm 165, fat is visible, but not crazy depressing.

When I'm 170, I get self conscious and see a little too much fat everywhere. Clothes start becoming tight.

When I'm 175+, I can see more neck fat. I have to wear baggier clothes. Very depressing, and I hate seeing myself shirtless.

When I'm 155 I can see SOME ab definition, love handles are non-existent, neck fat is non-existent. Some of my baggier pants need a belt. And I feel super energetic and like I wanna show off.

155 is my happy place. If I had actual leg muscle maybe 160-165 would be good at that point.

You’re either insanely small overall or frauding 5’10”.

I’m 5’10” with a pretty small frame, and I only start to feel fat around 180 if I’m eating well and not slacking

feeling fat is subjective. Some people feel fat at 15% bf and others don't feel fat until 25% bf
