"Given that many comments on this post are claiming I use steroids, I felt I ought to set the record straight, particularly for the benefit of those who care…
Believe it or not, I have never used a single steroid or doped in my life 🤷🏻‍♂️ For context, I have been a competitive sprinter from the age of 7 to 24 and for the last 14 years a natural bodybuilder competing in the physique category. At 38 years of age, considering I have consistently worked out 6 days a week through all these years for an average of 2 hours per session, that adds up to approx 19000 hours of exercise. Couple that up with regular mindful nutrition and portion control, heaps of passion for what I do and an element of genetics and in the end you get what you see.
I am here to serve my purpose of sharing my journey through healthy living to inspire and educate others towards better living. Giving false hope would defeat this purpose. Over & out"

You can tell by looking at this dude he is not on roids. People who are roided out do not look like this, they are veined out and have a totally different physique. This guy puts in insane workouts which is why he looks that cut!

That’s what they all say until they have to do a blood test lol. Athletes say that as well until their chemical becomes detectable

gotta agree. I dont' get why they simply don't say "do steroids to get a body like me!" as it seems pretty obvious. look at the definition in his legs. that aint from working out.

I think if you clean bulk multiple times over years & stay consistent this is possible

How to stay injury free is the problem lifting for that long srs

4 months of consistent lifting from a lean body mass you can look good

That said his chest looks alittle to much for a natty
