I even see the gen z bishes walking around the whole gym in their ankle high nike socks.

Socks so dirty on the bottom, it looks like an African's Ass.

Like 75% of zoomers wear the Nike crew socks. It's an awful look. As bad as some millennial fashion trends were, they were absolutely right when they made non-white socks a norm and ankle length at the tallest socks the standard.

No show socks are kind of boomerish at this point, but ankle length (where the top of the sock is right at ankle length) socks are timeless.

No problem with footwear, what I find hilarious is all the girls only doing exercises that work on their glutes, and then sitting around and talking for 3 hours socializing.

I've noticed the same trend with younger folks wearing sandals and Crocs in the gym. It seems like comfort and convenience are key for them, even if it means sacrificing traditional gym footwear. Personally, I stick to more supportive sneakers for workouts, but to each their own, I guess.
