US has housing shortage. China has housing excess.
Why did American Capitalism fail so much vs Chinese Socialism?
BEIJING, Sept 23 (Reuters) - Even China's population of 1.4 billion would not be enough to fill all the empty apartments littered across the country, a former official said on Saturday, in a rare public critique of the country's crisis-hit property market.

The US could also solve the housing crisis if it built hundreds of skyscraper apartment buildings in the middle of Idaho with chit materials and not to code and then forced people from new york to move into them and start working there.
Survival. When the jungle tears itself down and builds itself into something new. Guys like you and me, we end up dead. Doesn’t really mean anything. Or, if we happen to live through it, well that doesn’t mean anything either.

Racist China should open their border and fill those buildings up!
USA would not have a housing shortage if we limited immigration.

Repeating western neoliberal propaganda about China is meaningless. China has done what would never have been believed possible on paper. It has raised between 650-850 million people out of poverty (depending on what estimates you believe), and it has risen to the top spot or shares it with the US which is on its way out (depending on whose analysis you believe). All of that in a matter of a few decades. They used and manipulated Jews and recognize them for who and what they are but continue to use them for their benefit. We however are completely dominated by Jewry (who ironically betrayed us repeatedly to not only Israel, Jewish high finance, **** high finance, the USSR, and of course China).
China is on the ascending path even with general cyclic economic slow downs every so often which are to be expected unlike the US which has been almost completely bled dry by Jewry.
China is the model to emulate. Most of the world read the writing on the wall a long time ago and recognizes China as the leading nation in the world especially in the sense of the future.
We need to learn from China and that must include an American Renaissance, which necessarily requires the Jew being completely removed.

They will keep yapping, however, about Forced Labor Camps, Gulags etc
When, in fact, Gulag was created by Jews themselves!

China: Like every large industry the manufacturers cut corners and use dogschit materials to build, build, build excess because it means more ill gotten gains for themselves. And the CHINESE DO NOT TRUST THEIR OWN STOCK MARKET, so they've been putting it into real estate instead. That's the #1 reason there is so much excess. People believed the apartments they buy would one day be lived in, with the help of government planning to create new cities by dictate rather than cities expanding or starting organically. Now there are ghost cities and towns across the nation. Cities meant to have 2 million people each have merely tens of thousands of residents. This is absolute failure and a cancer on China's economy. Wincel again is a retard.
US housing shortage: not exactly. There are more than enough apartments in the US, and with a consistent amount of 1 million plus apartments units under construction. It's been that way for at least a year now. There are 12 million unoccupied houses in the US. A lot of those are of course second homes, homes owned purely for speculation investment, and in the last few years a WILD amount of homes people have turned into Airbnbs. The number of Airbnbs has about tripled in just a few years. Now half of them are losing money, so they will either end up getting added to the US supply to be either sold or rented long-term. Something that will take awhile to play out. There are an incredible amount of homes owned by internationals as well, some purely as investment and some which will never be lived in, owned by people with money in socialist leaning countries of especially Latin America and Asia. They own them as a "just in case" refuge, if schit really hits the fan in their home countries. There is some house shortage in the US, but there's plenty of shadow supply, as described above.
Wincel is a retard, who knows LESS than NOTHING.

Few owners are willing to rent them out either, as there's cultural belief that having renters before selling tarnishes the place. As if some wear and tear can't easily be taken care of. Keep on paying mortgages into an asset that will never be returned. They'd be better off putting their yuan under their mattresses. BUT with the big excess of males over females having some real estate, even real estate they'll never live in has become a HUGE plus toward Chinese men having the chance to marry a middle class Chinese woman. So they often have family members pour life savings into real estate so they can get some play.^Yep, it's because of the "ghost cities". A chit ton of empty apartments for them to invest in, since they don't invest in stocks (I think the CCP might even outlaw it or something, I don't remember exactly).
Again, into real estate that is highly likely to never see a penny in return. Sure they can pass it onto an heir, but 50-70 years later it will become CCP property. The social pressure to own real estate has become a near requisite for the young middle class since the young ladies have a lot more choices than the men. And that includes forever empty investment real estate. Imagine putting a lot of your money into an account that you know you'll likely never be able to cash in on. And eventually it just goes to the government. If we think FOMO during our current real estate bubble and the real estate bubble before the great recession was bad, China's FOMO has been going continuously for a few decades.
Yeah Buddyyy! Light weight! Light weight baby!!!!
