I did the full abs of steel platinum video three times a day, six days a week in high school. They also used to have a bodybuilding show on ESPN with Sean Ray and some others, along with some Asian Girl watched all the time.

I remember Sean Ray cause he was always in muscle and fitness with rich gasprie back in the say. Also remember the Asian chicken. She was a couple years after Cory though I think
