You will look better being big with slightly higher bodyfat than lean if natty

For most men with average proportion (big head and average to small shoulder bone width), you are better off being big with slightly higher bodyfat than small and shredded if your goal is aesthetics.

If you get shredded as a natty with average proportion, you'll just look malnourished and your ugly face and big head will draw even more attention which is a big no no.

I would agree but I think it's dependent on genetics and fat distribution. Men in my family tend to store early fattiness in the mid-section and chest. Gotta be really low BF% compared to most people just to have any ab definition even if we target abs pretty hard. I could afford a little fat while clothed and look decent, but a gut and puffy chest is no bueno.

only 1% of men are 14% bf or less. so quite frankly youll never even get close to that to begin with and will be fat anyway

Don't know what you mean. 14% or below bf isn't exactly uncommon outside of NA.

For places like the UK this is very true. The climate isn't suitable for being shredded. If you want to mog, the only option 95% of the time is in clothing.

How do you mog in clothing? not by being shredded with aids face, thats for sure
