Movies you like a lot but nobody talks about

Heavy- came out in 1995, about a depressed, fat, college drop out cook who works at his mom's roadside diner. Lily Tyler is in it.

In the Company of Men( 1997 )- A couple of aszhole corporate executives who manipulate and tear women down for fun. They end up playing a cruel joke on one as a social experiment.

Reps on recharge for Heavy. I thought that was a great film. I tried to buy it on physical media but either get a foreign DVD or do what I did and buy the VHS version, lmao.

By the way it's Liv Tyler not Lily Tyler.



It probably doesn't count but The Graduate these days is either completely forgotten or dismissed due to cancel culture. Plebs don't understand what made that film great.

Oh yeah I get those names mixed up. And The Graduate is awesome. Go back before 2000 and movies were so different...funnier, more real...nobody took themselves so seriously that they were off limits to be the butt of a joke. Glad we still have them to watch instead of the disconnected crap that comes out now. They are trying to make life imitate "art" instead of the other way around.
