You are your thoughts. Life is perception, thoughts are perception, perception is reality ergo thoughts are reality, I think therefore I am.

Best I could do, yes chatgpt, use chatgpt to come up with examples for you to work into your life.
Negative Thought Input: "Your friends tolerate you; they don't love you."
Positive Memory: The World of Warcraft Guild Bond
Story: It was the night of a grueling raid in WoW. Tensions were high; loot was on the line. You, playing as a healer, had one job: keep everyone alive. At the boss fight, the guild leader got critically low on health. All your cooldowns were spent except one — Lay on Hands, an instant full heal with a long cooldown. You used it, the leader survived, and the guild claimed victory.
After the raid, your guildmates didn't just thank you; they threw an impromptu in-game celebration in your honor. Your guild leader sent you a private message: "I don't care what loot I get; you are the real treasure in this guild." At that moment, you knew: these people didn't just tolerate you; they loved having you around. You had your own corner in this digital world, and it was full of friends who valued you.
Negative Thought Input: "You're a permanent work-in-progress."
Positive Memory: The Counter-Strike Comeback
Story: You were a Counter-Strike player who just couldn't get out of Silver ranks. No matter what you did, your aim seemed off, and your game sense felt lacking. One day, you decided enough was enough. You delved into training maps, focused on recoil patterns, and even watched tutorials. Slowly but surely, you improved.
Then came the moment of truth: a ranked match where you found yourself in a 1v5 clutch situation. Heart pounding, you took a deep breath and decided to go for it. One by one, you picked them off. The final kill was a headshot from across the map. As the "Counter-Terrorists Win" banner displayed, your teammates erupted into cheers over voice chat. You realized then that while you may always be a work-in-progress, progress was definitely being made.
Negative Thought Input: "You're socially awkward, and everyone notices."
Positive Memory: The WoW Role-Playing Community
Story: You had always felt more comfortable behind a keyboard than in a crowd. Social interactions left you exhausted, but in World of Warcraft, you found a different kind of social life—one where you were an eloquent Night Elf Druid with the gift of gab. You became an active part of your server's RP community, participating in events, storylines, and even virtual parties.
During an RP event, you delivered an emotive and well-thought-out speech as your character that had the whole channel buzzing with applause (in the form of "clap" emotes, of course). That was when you got a whisper from another player: "You really brought the room to life. You must be the life of the party in the real world!" It dawned on you that you were not socially awkward here; you were a star. This digital realm gave you a different kind of confidence, one that slowly started to seep into your real-world interactions as well.

Achievement and Success
"You're just a footnote in someone else's success story."
"The bar was set low, and you still couldn't reach it."
"You're the embodiment of wasted potential."
Social Relationships
"People only invite you out of pity."
"You're a placeholder friend until someone better comes along."
"Everyone's just waiting for you to leave the conversation."
Personal Qualities
"Your personality is as flat as a pancake."
"You're as charming as a DMV waiting room."
"You're so forgettable, even your mirror has a hard time reflecting you."
Inner Strength and Confidence
"Your courage is as genuine as a politician's promise."
"You're a paper tiger, all show and no substance."
"You're a house of cards, one breath away from collapsing."
Skills and Abilities
"Your talents are as shallow as a kiddie pool."
"You have the focus of a goldfish with ADHD."
"You're a jack of no trades and a master of none."
Existential
"You're a background character in the grand scheme of things."
"Your life is just a series of missed opportunities."
"You're a cautionary tale, not an inspiration."
Negative Thought Input: "You're just a footnote in someone else's success story."
Positive Memory: Academic Turnaround
Story: You were always seen as the 'sidekick' to your genius friend, especially during your undergrad years. Your friend scored the best grades, landed the best internships, and seemed destined for greatness. But you had a particular interest in a niche field of research that most people found boring. You loved it, though, and dedicated yourself to it.
Fast forward to graduation, and it was your thesis that got picked for a national research grant, catapulting you into the limelight of your academic field. Your friend was the first to congratulate you, confessing that they always felt your work was groundbreaking but never said it out loud. Now, not only are you recognized in your own right, but your research is cited by students and professors alike.
Negative Thought Input: "You're a placeholder friend until someone better comes along."
Positive Memory: The World of Warcraft Loyalty
Story: You were part of a mid-tier WoW guild, always feeling like you were just filling in until they found someone with better stats. You didn't have the best gear or the most experience, but you were reliable. Then came the day of a guild crisis; half the team left because of internal disagreements. Despite receiving offers from higher-ranking guilds, you chose to stay and help rebuild.
Weeks of recruitment and training later, your guild made a comeback, stronger than ever, successfully clearing raids they previously struggled with. You were voted as the new guild officer, and your dedication was cited as the rallying point for the guild's new era. You were not a placeholder; you were the cornerstone.
Negative Thought Input: "Your talents are as shallow as a kiddie pool."
Positive Memory: The Counter-Strike Upset
Story: You were never the star player in your Counter-Strike group. You played support roles, throwing flashbangs and smokes, but rarely made highlight-reel plays. Then came a regional online tournament where your team was one of the underdogs. The semifinal match was intense, down to the last round. You found yourself alone against three enemies, armed only with a Desert Eagle.
Remembering all the times you practiced shots and angles, you focused. One headshot. A quick maneuver and a second headshot. Finally, a one-on-one duel, and a third headshot to win the round and the match. Your teammates erupted in cheers, and even the commentators were impressed. After that, no one ever said your talents were shallow; they called you the "Deagle King."

I've done something similar to this in therapy. It's called thought replacement.

I like this op. A lot of the negative thoughts are so ingrained they're an unnoticeable fixture causing you to carry on a certain way like a rock in your shoe fukking up your gait. A funny thing that sort of accidentally boosts me is when I prepare for an interview, crafting the narrative of my career makes me realize well hell I've been doing pretty good. Being forced to tell and sell my story in a positive way, turning negatives into positives, etc sort of similar.

If you agree with most of the negative inputs, you should already know what you should do to counter them. Be the straight A student that studies hard, put work into your life, work on your social skills (listen to podcast and talk radio, inbetween comments pause and insert your own tag to it, do this repeatedly till you get comfortable creating tags in conversations), bad with women? study pua. Etc.
You are your thoughts. Life is perception, thoughts are perception, perception is reality ergo thoughts are reality, I think therefore I am.
