From experience an excellent Indian buffet will win.

- rice
- biryani [rice pilaf w/veg and/or chicken]
- flat breads
- grilled meat [tandoori]
- salads + some fruit
- curries...all sorts
- lentils...dahls
- savory pastry
- desserts...rice pudding, sweet cakes in syrup

I eat Mexican way more often though. Daughter just asked day before yesterday if there is a good Indian restaurant in the area. Haven't been to one in 4 years at least.

All you can eat Indian buffet?

You'd need an express pass for dewormers.

I like some Indian food but in moderation

My ex was a vegan so she loved that **** and used to take me Taj Mahal all the time

And? Some of the stuff? Fine but in moderation I don’t think I could go all buffet like that

Probably Indian.

IF the Mexican one was legit quality Mexican food (and not TexMex type BS)...then I might consider the Mexican instead.

Mexican buffet? Literally never been to one, sounds terrible. Why not throw Chinese buffet in the mix too, those are way more common. My order: Indian, Italian, Chinese. Indian buffets tend to be the most authentic. Chinese buffets usually are too cheap and greasy.

The indian will have a better selection of veggies and more nutritious foods like that.

An Italian buffet. But only real Italian, whith good sauce and pizza. None of that fast food crap like Pizza Hut. I'd probably eat 100+ baked clams and a sh!t load of octopus. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

Mexican. Italian will be too many carbs.

Mexican you have access to chicken, shrimp, vegetables, and rice.

This is a good point. I love good TexMex, but I know it is basically carbs [rice, beans, corn tortillas, flour tortillas] with some meat [often fatty], cheese, cream sauces, chilies, and a token amount of vegetables [iceberg lettuce, onion, peppers, tomatoes].
