idk if this goes here, but... cutting on anavar????

hello my dudes, i have returned to ask a very dumb question

it's been a while since ive cycled anavar and ya girl is back at it again with the gains
i'm only a week into my current cycle and i was just curious if it would help with cutting/definition at the same time as building muscle mass and strength.

in the past, when i took anavar, my body fat % went down, but i honestly don't remember what i was specifically doing to lose fat (besides not eating and doing copious amounts of taekwondo every day)

i'm 30 now so i'm just trying to be a hot grandmother

I honestly took Var once and felt like it did absolutely nothing. My bodyfat was already pretty low, like 9-10% I would say. I was really expecting it to give me a dry, harder look and it just really did not at all. Always heard you need to have low bodyfat for it to really have noticeable effects. Like, if you're already a fatass you will likely also be disappointed and should just cut like a normal person if that's the case.

Seems to work for a lot of others though but that was my experience with it.

Short answer is yes. You can use it on a cut and it will help slow down muscle loss and help you keep your gains.
Only problem may be hunger. It makes some people feel hungry all the time which sucks on a cut.

I suggest either half doses or lady var (same thing)

i'm only taking like 5mg per day, working up to 10mg as the maximum dosage. i may just stay at 5mg. when i used var in the past, it was an oral suspension and it definitely upped my strength and helped me cut a little more, but i had lower bf% back then being 20-something. i don't doubt i can get close to that physique again even at 30, but im focusing way more on lifting heavy stuff. the physique will follow the gains.

and yes, anavar is an amazing compound and if you are already lean you def get that 'var look' that goes away when you comms off

if you are on a cut, it really helps with maintaining strength

cool anecdote, but my metabolism is hot garbage from a toilet. and plenty of people who lift heavy don't have a physique that matches.

btw, look at any woman who lifts w/a social media following; they're all on gear too, even though they insist their workout programming is what gives them their physique so desperate people will give them money. a lot of women (i know a guy who takes it too) take anavar because it's known for having less severe side effects than other steroids, and by side effects i mean it doesnt generally give them masculine traits.

It's not a strong compound at all. All it really does is make your muscles fuller, giving you the appearance that you're leaner. If you're not on a calorie restriction, it won't magically make you leaner. All it did for me was make me little stronger and hungrier, which then turned into a bulk where I put on minimal fat eating like a slob. (Super Ded fkn Srs)
