How does chik filet get such great workers?

Nice preppy kids mixed in with some tim Scott,Carlton banks. Do they discriminate if a ghetto person tries for a job?

How many degens would feel good about working for a place thats closed on Sunday, anti homo, has strong Christian values, and is busy af? They'd get bullied by all their jobless friends for being a slave to religion or capitolism or whatever

Well, they stay well staffed for starters which means even if they're busy no singular position is overwhelmed. Work is usually evenly distributed and supervisors actively help out on the floor (as they should). They usually always have 2 people outside taking orders with tablets, and a separate booth before the window for a receipt.

- Pays well
- 1 Free Meal on shift
- Benefits
- Promotion opportunities that pay a livable wage
- Discounts (?)

Most employers simply just don't know how to keep their workforce collectively satisfied.

Here’s one thing I can say


Is that they have very clean practices in their facilities


They also have like chicken that looks like it comes from the grocery store

Rather than processed

It looks like they actually took it out of a wrap directly from a grocery store

And their seasoning is fire


Here’s the thing? The Sandusky family has hurt chick fil a employees so bad and being fast food they got in

I've never waited outside chik fil a for 20 mins waiting on an order.

At popeyes I've been told they ran out of chicken an hour before closing.

They aren’t necessarily.

The culture of Chik Fil A is strong and close knit and infectious.

When people are placed in an environment of like minded people they tend to behave as such due to the inherent desire to fit in. It’s the mirroring effect.

You treat people good - most likely you will receive it back.

Place a ghetto black kid with dreads from the Bronx in a Chik Fil A and I bet you he will become good and respectful in that environment because the other workers and management will treat him with respect and kindness, unlike what he’s used to on the streets.

Another way to think of this is imagine how many dead beats and rotten kids end up going to the military. Most of them, if they go through it all the way come out disciplined strong and leaders. Why, cause the environment fostered it.
