Had a funny lucid dream

So I had a dream where I kind of knew I was dreaming, so I did something stupid, then stood up and said something like "SO LONG SUCKERS!" and tried to change the scene of my dream, but it didn't happen right away and I was getting worried, but it must have worked because I don't remember what happened after that...

Love lucid dreaming, but I find it hard to do. Teach me.

Last one was awesome felt like a super hero. Was flying all around a city, and landing wherever I wanted, and then going up to people and trying to talk to them it was so weird like a bunch of NPC's in the game Grand Theft Auto.

I don't get deep sleep, so the best way I could think of to do it is to wake yourself up every couple of hours.
Would not recommend, though

I don't even do it on purpose, I'd rather just sleep better if I had a choice

I have similar dreams where I can swim really really fast over the water, it's a lot of fun.

I have been having a lot of dreams lately and nightmares, I guess that means I'm in deep sleep

I used to have dreams where I'd be flying over the ocean. Swooping up and down like a bird.
That's me in my avatar/profile pic.

Opposite. Dreams/nightmares etc mostly happen in REM
If you have fragmented sleep or a sleep disorder, you typically have much more vivid dreams
