There’s this guy on my insta who does fast movements and muscle training in constant motion. It’s crazy how much of individual muscles you see move. He’s pretty skinny, but extremely defined to an extent you don’t typically see.

Man biggest mistake I feel I made was focusing on other things rather than just physique

The insanity began around the early 90s. In the modern era they're dying constantly before age 40. There are reasons for that.
