1st offense for something like this should be a a week in jail. That's long enough to straighten up a good person who just made a stupid decision but if it's done twice. A year no questions asked.

Well people are needed to work and be productive so can’t get rid of him

It’s tricky how to deal with the realm of socializing and relationships

There needs to be help and pushing for self improvement education instead of letting losers be losers

In theory I agree.

But the only true help is self help and with that said the problem is these weirdos 1. Either don't even see how phucked up there are or 2. Don't care if they do know it. So them self helping is not even an option.

I've always tried to give anyone the benefit of the doubt and believe a person (unless mentally ill or just too far gkne) can help themselves if they want to but I've come tk realize that the fact is there are some people that are beyond help and putting such people away is almost the only option

Leaving them on the street is a risk good society should kot have to take.
