Wood do either one srs. EZ money.
A better challenge would be a frozen pool with a hungry polar bear vs. a tropical pool with hungry crocodiles.

Because you specifically stated there's a cage around the football field in example two, but made no mention of a cover over the pool etc.
Side-stroke my way with an eye on the shark at the opposite side of the pool, with one arm maintaining contact with the wall at all times.
The millisecond the shark moves off the other side of the pool get out of the pool and wait for it to get lost.
Slowly slink myself back into the water when shark bro is on other side of pool.
Rinse and repeat 9,342 times in order to make it the fool distance across.

The chances of the lion and tiger not viewing me as food is a lot higher than the shark.
390 back squat
285 bench press
500 deadlift (I don't DL anymore)

#1 pretty sure you have atleast a slim chance by laying flat on the bottom and making progress bit by bit when the sharks far enough away to go up for air and moving forward a little

The shark in the pool.
Lions and tigers go out of their way to hunt humans. Sharks are just dumb. 9 times out of 10 they mistake us as a seal, take a bite out of us and realize they don't like the way we taste.

1. Sharks don't see humans as food. They attack because they mistake you as something they eat, so they will take an arm or leg off and then move on. The chances of you being attacked are high because the shark has nothing else to take its interest off you
2. Both lions and tigers will attack to kill and eat you. But there is a chance you can somehow get them against each other instead. So the chances of you being attacked is lower, but chances of death is higher
It comes down to whether you 99% chance want to lose a limb and live or lets say 20% chance you survive with no injuries and 80% you die
