I need to switch up my lifting

What exercises do you actual lifters do that work? Looking for something a little different, but not weird af. Feel like I haven't been sore in forever
Currently I do PPL main exercises are as follows,
Push: db press, standing OHP, flys, triceps on a cable sometimes with a rope bar or single, lat and front raises, db shrugs
Pull: deadlift, lat pulls, heavy single arm rows, reverse flys, lots of db curls hammer and normal
Legs: leg press, squats, calf raises, leg extensions/curls, groin stuff, high box jumps

Sadly there are only so many movements. Besides doing different variations of things, you could try rock climbing or something. That is a great workout and is much different than a regular gym workout.

Not getting DOMS doesn't mean what you're doing is not working.

I know them feels though. I love DOMS when I get them. Feels like I did some real work.

As for as different exercises, gotta find others that work for you. An example for me, lat-pull downs don't do chit for me and building my back. I cannot connect the movement with activating the muscles needed to get that exercise to be effective FOR ME.

So I do rows, seated or bent-over. Then I really feel it (no longer do deadlifts, but that was GOAT for me).

Bottom line, can't really tell you to do "this" exercise or "that" exercise because we aren't you. Try different ones, and find what works for you.
I'm not blessed with riches, but I am rich with blessings.
Thank you, LORD, my God.

solid points, would rep gordon if I wasnt on spread...
but still, would like to try a few new exercises, to see if I can feel/see more growth.
I would never do flys back in the day, because DB flys suck, then one day I did them on cables focusing on bringing my elbows together, and felt it in my inner chest

Sounds like you're reaching the point in your lifting career where you realize that being sore isn't a true indicator of an effective workout (fairly common knowledge)andwhere you are about to realize that the gainz slow down significantly (painfully so...) after enough time and the only way to eek out little bits more is to find the movements that work best for you and your specific goals instead of just the ones that the general fitness community says is best, and to just do them over and over and over and over and over until the end of time.

Finding those movements takes time, and you are correct that sometimes it isn't just the 'same ol same ol'.

As I said not every movement will be 'best' for you just because it is 'best' for me, but since you asked for our recommendations here is a list of some of my staple movements that make it into nearly every single split I design for myself:

Chest:Low-Incline DB Press (bench set to ~15 degrees, no higher. Not even 30. If your gym doesn't have an adjustable bench that goes in 15 degree increments, use plates underneath the feet of a bench to alter the overall angle to achieve this).

Back: Chest Supported DB Row.Nota half-kneeling DB Row, or a row on the rack, or anything like that. Get your chest supported so you take your lower back and all hip drive out of the equation.
Honorable Mention: Moderately-Wide Lat Pulldowns

Shoulders/Delts:Rear Delt Flies on reverse pec-deck(Seriously. Do these on every push related day you do and on every pull related day you do. Hell do them on Leg day. Just do them all the fukking time.)
Honorable Mention: Unilateral Machine (Hammer, if available...) Press

Legs: High Bar ATG squat. If you aren't powerlifting, don't waste your time doing low-bar. Get your mobility in order and do this movement.
RDL/SLDL (Whichever one you feel works your glutes and hammies best)
Honorable Mention: Unilateral Quad Extension
Honorable Mention: Conventional Deadlift (I personally don't think a from-the-floor DL variation is 100% necessary if you aren't powerlifting - an RDL or SLDL will serve a better function for non-powerlifters
Honorable Mention: Bulgarians

Those are the ones I like the most and are most effective for me. I'd recommend all of them to just about anyone, but as I said in the beginning, you'll need to figure out what is best for you on your own...
