Marvel and DC is geek wish fulfilment. Strong and powerful innately without effort. Mildly homosexual and full of b1tch issues with each other like little girls. Main challenge are all relationships with each other, especially dudes.

Goku is gymbro wish fulfilment. Enter the hypertrophic chamber, train for 100 years, OJ, eat, fap and sleep, come out strong enough to fight literally god. Main challenge is finding the newest most powerful OJ that affects their hair and return to monke.

You are obviously unaware of the best selling movie in DBZ history being the latest Broly movie and didn't watch the vid before making a comment.

And he's canon in the new stuff which has much more depth
