How do yall manage LDL cholesterol

Got my tests back. LDL at 101 mg/dL (100 mg/dL being high). Total Cholesterol is high as well at 194 based on 200 being high range.

My triglycerides (37 mg/dL) and ratios are all extremely favorable tho, what gives?

I hear some of you guys are eating like 2lbs of beef a week plus some. I only do 1lb grass fed + some bacon and rest chicken.

I eat a ton of carbs relative to the rest of my diet, but pretty much all of that gets burned when i do cardio.

I mean the LDL is slightly over the reference range and total is right at the top. I know some miscers got a much higher score than me, but almost all my other metrics are right in the middle of the given ranges.
