Switching from fast food diet
I eat fast food every day but am thinking of switching to carnivore diet or something similar (high protein, low carb, more fat)
My main goal is to lose fat, less anxiety, clearer mind, and get healthier
Currently i have a fast food addiction which is why i eat terrible foods every day. i'm still in decent shape overall even compared to average gym-cel but would like to get healthier
Which diet is best for the above goals

I think Chipotle/similar is still healthy for the occasional "cheat restaurant" meal.

I'm finding that eating grain free seems best for me.
