US brahs recommend me some chicken seasoning

Ours suck in the UK.

I visit North Carolina every year, as this is where my wife is from, and I always bring back loads of this to last me the year but it’s getting a bit boring now. What else can you guys recommend?

Because you said it's getting boring, implying you use nothing but creole seasoning.

Your wife is from NC and you do creole seasoning instead of bbq?? That’s where you messed up.

Also, Traeger makes lots of good rubs and sauces.

https://www.traeger.com/rubs-spices

As someone said though, it’s easy to make your own. Just try a bunch of different ones then pick out your favorites and check out the ingredients. Lots of recipes for homemade rubs that you can fine tune to your liking.

Calm down Gordon Ramsey. In a perfect world where we have an unlimited amount of time (just to prep a damn spice) we'd go to the grocery store and buy herb seeds, then plant the damn seeds, wait 6 months, throw them in a dehydrator then crush them with a mortar and pestle.

Noones got time for that. Creole seasoning/Old Bay and even phuckin' Lowry's is perfectly fine.

How long does it take to throw some onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, cumin, etc on meat? That 30 seconds really gets to you huh?

For example, for fajita/taco flavored chicken, usually something like:

Salt, pepper, garlic, onion, cumin, chili powder, and cayenne pepper.

Pretty tasty on a steak too.

Cant go wrong with good old fashioned lawrys, black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Those are the go to's.
