What’s a good routine to follow I did starting strength in high school but that shot doesn’t have enough value

Did you read the 2 books after Starting Strength? Or try the 5 3 1 program?

As above just run the 531 template on SBD (and ohp) and insert volume as desired.

Just remember the primary goal is to build your total so don't let your assistance work stray too far from assistance to the big 3 nor take so much from your recovery that you struggle to progress them.

How strong are you? My favorite intermediate strength program was Madcow's 5x5. I'm currently running 5/3/1 again.

I just hit 260lb 1RM on the bench press today with suicide grip. I'll be 3 plates by next year I swear m8 if I don't let the bar slip and decapitate me on the way there
