Is infertility on roids overrated?

I always think of Arnold, who was blasting test and dbol for decades, probably never used HCG yet still popped out 3 children.

Or was he just lucky?

Sperm count probably drops to 50% or somethng like that, but never to zero. Test is not an effective anticonception method.
