Given the strongly homosexual aspects of this particular forum, being mistaken for a male is the highest compliment that they can give you. That means they haven't started hating you yet and that they are open to being friendly. When you are dehumanized as a "Sloot" you can be sure no one will like you anymore. No need to rush into that, OP.
